How we handle your data.

Controller and contact

Kaufman AIS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), at the address above, is responsible for personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@kaufman-ais.com. This notice covers website visitors and inquiries. Data processing for client campaigns is agreed separately for each engagement.

Accessing the website

When you access a hosted website, its server receives technical information needed to deliver the page, including your IP address, the requested resource, request time and browser information. Processing necessary to operate and secure this website is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hostinger is the hosting provider selected for this website. Technical data is processed to serve requested pages and protect the service. See the Hostinger privacy information. The inquiry form does not record submitted messages in website server logs.

Inquiries and downloaded briefs

When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond and discuss the requested services. This can include your name, work email, company website, service interests and message. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling other business correspondence. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to respond.

When online inquiry sending is available, the form sends your details to our team by email through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). The email service and our receiving mailbox process the message; the form does not automatically add it to a CRM or mailing list. Resend is a US provider. Its processing and international transfers are described in its privacy policy. Delivery remains disabled until the service is configured.

Form contents are not saved in browser storage or included in analytics. If you choose “Download my brief,” a file is saved to your device; that action does not send the brief to us.

Website analytics is inactive

This website does not currently send analytics events to PostHog. PostHog EU is planned; it is not installed or active. There is no session recording, automatic interaction tracking or analytics cookie. We will update this notice and provide any necessary consent controls before introducing analytics.

Browser storage, fonts and external links

The inquiry form keeps entered details in page memory while it is open. It does not save them in local or session storage. Downloaded briefs are files on your device. No analytics preference is requested or written in this inactive setup.

Fonts and tool logos are served with this website. Loading them does not contact Google Fonts or the tool vendors. LinkedIn profiles and other external services are ordinary links; their own privacy terms apply when you follow them.

Retention and recipients

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Records needed for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may be retained longer; otherwise they are deleted when the purpose ends. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose. We do not use inquiry data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Services and agreements

alebGTM provides Go-To-Market services for businesses: research, ideal customer profiles, account segmentation, contact enrichment, campaigns, content and CRM delivery. Managed outreach is an optional service. The exact deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, usage rights and termination terms are set out in the agreement approved for your engagement.

Sending an inquiry or downloading a brief does not place an order or commit you to paid work. Work begins only after the scope and fees have been agreed. The information on this website does not replace that agreement or limit applicable statutory rights.

Research and results

A researched contact is not an interested buyer. Data can change, and meetings, revenue or other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Any illustrative examples on this site explain the service; they are not client results. Tool logos identify products, not partnerships or guaranteed integrations.

Third-party services and content

Tools, access permissions and delivery methods are agreed around your setup. Third-party products, data and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable terms.
