DONE-FOR-YOU B2B SERVICES

CRM delivery & handoff

Put the work where your sales team will use it. We organize researched accounts, contacts and campaign content for your CRM, with agreed fields, ownership and a clear handoff.

Who it fits

For B2B teams whose research and campaign materials are scattered across spreadsheets and documents, or whose CRM needs a usable starting list for a defined sales motion.

What you receive

  • A field map covering accounts, contacts, segments, research notes and campaign references.
  • A delivery plan with duplicate matching, overwrite rules and required-field checks.
  • A reviewed sample, followed by the agreed import or permissioned CRM update.
  • A handoff note listing record counts, exceptions, assigned ownership and where to find campaign assets.

What we need from you

  • Your CRM structure, required fields, record ownership rules and an administrator or reviewer.
  • Existing records and suppression lists needed for matching, shared through an agreed secure method.
  • The permitted access level, backup or rollback process and acceptance criteria.

Review before the next step

You approve the mapping and sample before a bulk handoff. We agree which existing fields can change and how to handle duplicates. CRM writes require explicit scope and access; they are never assumed from a tool logo.

Who does what

We prepare and check the agreed delivery. Your CRM owner approves permissions, field rules and the sample, then confirms acceptance. Your sales team owns next actions and ongoing record maintenance unless continuing support is scoped.

What to keep in mind

Delivery can use a mapped import or an agreed integration, depending on your CRM and permissions. Attachments, associations and custom objects vary by setup. This is not a promise of a native connector for every CRM, a full CRM migration or an automatic sales outcome.
